Extended Stay Savings
Savings are automatically applied based on the length of stay selected at booking:
- 25% off stays of 8–13 nights
- 30% off stays of 14–29 nights
- 35% off stays of 30+ nights
Discounted extended stay rates are determined by the number of nights reserved at the time of booking. If a reservation is modified and the total length of stay is reduced below the original qualifying tier, the nightly rate will be adjusted to reflect the applicable rate for the new stay length—or the standard nightly rate if fewer than 8 nights remain.
